Rosa Cusiné is a 100% Grenache and organic sparkling rosé from Las Torres estate at 670 m. above sea level.
TASTING NOTE
Subtle pink cava with salmon colored profiles and fine bubbles that explode in delicate and complex notes of candied fruit and nuts. The entry into the palate is energetic, creamy, with the carbonic very well integrated and with hints of ripe and candied fruits that ends with splendid sensations of great structure.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation at 16ºC in stainless tanks for 2 weeks. Once the fermentation has passed, contact is made on fine lees for 3 months with daily battonage in order to resuspend them several minutes a day. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method.
AGING
Aging in bottle for 30 months.
PAIRING
Ideal for appetizers, light dishes or desserts.
