Remelluri Reserva is a Red wine coupage of Grenache, Graciano and Tempranillo from organic vineyards with tradicional viticulture.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with garnet rim. On the nose, it's elegant with orange, red fruits, vanilla and cinnamon notes. On the palate, it's a classic and balanced wine. Good acidity and pleasant memory.
ELABORATION AND HARVEST
100% handmade harvest in boxes of 20kg. Multiple elaborations for fermentation and aging.
AGING
Aged in French Oak barrels of different sizes for 17 months. Then, it rests in the bottle for 4 years before going on the market.
PAIRING
Perfect to join with red meats, stews, cured cheeses and cold meats.
