Raventós Rosell Rosé is a Brut Nature sparkling wine, 100% monovarietal of Pinot Noir. It's a pleasant, fresh, creamy sparkling wine with soft and persistent bubbles.
TASTING NOTE
Pale cherry color. Intense bouquet of red fruits such as blackberries, strawberries and raspberries with a floral background such as violet. In the mouth, it has fine and persistent bubbles accompanied by a fresh entry. Blackberry aftertaste. Good balance between acidity and sweetness.
PREPARATION AND AGING
Tradicional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. Aged for 12 motnhs.
