Raventós Rosell Reserva is a Brut Nature sparkling wine, coupage of Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Parellada.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it's clean and fruity mixing white fruits and aromatic dabs of peach, pastry and toasted nuts from autolysis. Fine and creamy carbonic. It has a balanced acidity. Pleasant and persistent mid patate with a fruity aftertaste. Long and persistent ending that invites us to continue enjoying it.
PREPARATION AND AGING
Tradicional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. Aged for 18 months.
