Portell Sparkling White is a white wine blend of Macabeo (70%) and Parellada (30%). Sparkling wine by natural fermentation.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with metallic nuances and bubbles, brilliant. It emphasizes by its aromas to white fruit, flowers and yeast bottom. In the mouth it is refreshing, pleasant passage of mouth with a slight effervescence given by the very well integrated carbonic.
ELABORATION
Prepared from a careful selection of the most suitable wines, which are subjected to a second controlled natural fermentation in isobaric and isothermal deposits, to obtain this sparkling wine.
PAIRING
Perfectly blended with soft fish and seafood but also perfectly accompanies appetizers and pastas.
