Òlbia is a white wine blend of Macabeo and white Grenache, with a touch of Pedro Ximenez. A wine with a great aromatic complexity and elegantly expressing the land from which it comes: the Priorat. It is a great exclusivity for those who taste this wine.
TASTING NOTE
Marking sweet scent of pear, chamomile flower and background of golden apple syrup. The subtlety of their aromas, their balance and feel in the mouth are the best attributes of this wine.
AGING
6 months in French oak barrels brings nuances that allow this wine to improve over time.
PAIRING
Especially recommended to accompany rice and fish, but can also accompany white meat.
LIMITED PRODUCTION
Between 800 and 1,200 bottles per harvest.
