Manou is a monovarietal red wine, 100% Red Grenache from El Manou, El Molí and La Plana estates located in Cornudella del Montsant village, between the mountains of Montsant and the Gritelles.
TASTING NOTE
Intense red color with violet reflections of medium layer, clean and bright. A light and fresh perfume of red fruits dominates the nose. In the mouth is soft and sweet. Its passage is long and silky marked by the acidic freshness of red fruits. The aftertaste is kind and light.
VINIFICATION
Collected manually in early October. Alcoholic fermentation with skins for 16-18 days. Wine full of life bottled with minimal leaks.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Serve with a touch of freshness at 14-16ºC and store at 16ºC in order to extend its youth.
