Gramona Imperial Gran Reserva is a cava coupage of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Chardonnay. A cava with great finesse and elegance that have made it a classic among its addicted consumers.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color with straw reflections. In nose, intense aroma where it emphasizes the mature white fruit and the citric notes. Aniseed tones, fennel, soups of wheat, butter and brioche. Oxygenation enhances mature aromas. In mouth remarkable entrance, wide in its passage, lively and refreshing, of fine and creamy bubbles. Notes of compote of ripe fruit and bakery.

This Gran Reserva has been aged for a period of 41 months.
