Macán Clásico is a monovarietal red wine, 100% Tempranillo from a careful selection of old plots.
TASTING NOTE
It's a wine with density but at the same time is fresh, concise and deep.
PREPARATION
After the alcoholic fermentation, the malolactic fermentation is done in barrels and tanks. The aging takes place in French oak barrels of fine and extra-fine grain, most of it in new barrels and the rest in a wine barrel. It remains in wood for 15 months and the rest, until its sale, in the bottle.
CONSERVATION AND CONSUMPTION
This wine is suitable for drinking now, but it has a storage potential of 10-15 years if it's kept in optimal conditions: 12-14 ºC and 60% of relative humidity. It's recommended to consume at 18 ºC.
