Lindes de Remelluri is a Red wine coupage of Grenache and Tempranillo.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color. A wine with black fruits and spiced notes bouquets. On the palate, we feel a silky and fresh texture. A balanced and powerful wine.
PREPARATION AND HARVEST
Handmade harvest in boxes. The grapes are destemmed and then macerated. The must is fermented at a controlled temperature with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
AGING
Aged for 14 months in French Oak barrels.
PAIRING
Perfect to join with meat, stew, rice and cold meat.
