L'Abrunet Rosado is a rosé coupage of Grey Grenache, White Grenache and Red Grenache from Trufes estate and made using organic farming.
TASTING NOTE
Original rosé tone almost onion skin. Clean and bright. Aromas of very good intensity with a lot of red, fresh and ripe fruit. Very suggestive wine on the nose. Mouth greedy and it marks us a playful sweetness that soon it is seen that it is not more than a mirage. The wine has an acidity that pulls the wine with precision, the mouth wide and an excellent gustatory richness.
VINIFICATION
What does it mean if we gather all the grapes from the same farm? What if we put different varieties together? What can we do with an almost non-existent variety? And if we only use the falling wort flower? With these questions came l'Abrunet de Frisach Rosado. The union of three varieties so similar but at the same time so different, collected at the same moment, gathered and left to harmonize for a day.

Ideal to accompany fish rice, grilled fish, white meat, salads and desserts.
