José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc is a single-varietal white wine, 100% White Sauvignon from the first vineyards of this type of grape located in Rueda.
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, its intense aromatic expression is an exceptional sum of vegetable and exotic fruit notes (passion fruit), memories of freshly cut grass and boxwood with a slight mineral touch. In the mouth it presents the typicity of white sauvignon, that fresh and clean elegance. It is a wine of high intensity, structured and persistent, round.
VINIFICATION
After destemming, the grape remains in maceration for approximately 10 hours at low temperature. Then a pneumatic pressing is carried out. In order to preserve the primary aromas, alcoholic fermentation is also carried out at low temperatures. Subsequently, it remains on its lees until the moment of clarification. Once clarified, it is subjected to cold treatment and filtration.

Ideal to accompany shell or cooked seafood or with any type of fish, fresh cheese and sausages.
