Idoia White is a white wine coupage from Xarel·lo (47%) from strains between 20 and 40 years old, and the rest from Chardonnay (23%), White Grenache (18%) and Macabeo (12%) that perfectly assemble.
TASTING NOTE
Bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose aromas of ripe fruits, candied fruits and notes of citrus with herbal touches. Tasty on the palate, with fruity and fresh character and good acidity. It is creamy and fruity, a wine more than correct.
VINIFICATION
After the harvest, it is cold macerated. It is then fermented at 16ºC in stainless steel tanks for 12 days. Finally it is raised in oak barrels.
AGING
Fermented and aged in Allier French oak barrels of light toast for 6 months.
