Ginebra Nordés Premium

Nordés Gin is a Premium gin of Galician origin that pays homage to the land, rich in natural aromas and exquisite flavors.

TASTING NOTE
Nordés is Galicia in its purest form. Its character, its flavor and its aromas transport us to freshness, simplicity and the way Galicians enjoy it. A fruity gin, with a surprising recipe and totally different from other types of gin. Fresh aromas that are transported to the mouth becoming suggestive.

ELABORATION
From the beginning, Nordés is a gin with a recipe made with ingredients from the land. That's why the composition is unique. The first difference is the alcoholic base, which is produced using a portion of Galician Albario grape from which the wine brandy is obtained, soul of the product. A wine contribution that stands out without doubt by the slight nuances and aromas of white fruit that it brings to the product.

Then, the distillation of the gin is matured with the maceration of 11 botanists, among which 6 wild Galician: sage, bay, lemon verbena, eucalyptus, peppermint and a seaweed, the salicornia, which give it its characteristic balsamic flavor. 

It also incorporates 5 botanicals from overseas: juniper, ginger, cardamom, hibiscus flower and black tea, which provide subtle notes that balance the final result.
A process of elaboration made amodin, in a slow and calm way, to obtain an aromatic gin, with delicate touches of white fruit in aromas with balsamic notes. A perfect balance of fresh aromas, suggestive on the palate, which results in a nice and different product from other fruity gins.
