PREPARATION
This gin is made in a 13th century hermitage located in a town between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada. Each bottle is unique because the acidity levels of the star product, the arbequina olive, is different every season. Each distillation becomes a unique culinary masterpiece. The botanicals made for its preparation are: Spanish Arbequina olives, rosemary from Greece, Italian basil, Turkish thyme, orange from Valencia and Seville, lemon from Seville, coriander, juniper berries and green cardamom.
