Intense ruby color. Bright red berries and cherry aromas are complemented with mineral notes and a fresh rose. Spicy and concentrated, flavored with raspberry, sour cherry and soft tannins. Becomes firmer at the end, with the repetition of the quality of the cherry.

Elaboration: Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
