Fenomenal is a young white wine coupage of Verdejo and Viura.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense nose floral aromas, citrus fruits and tropical fruit. It is a fresh wine, with body and good acidity.
ELABORATION
The must fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany snacks, salads, vegetable pastas, fish and seafood, rice dishes, etc.
