Ètim Rancio is a sweet wine coupage of Red Grenache and Carignan.
TASTING NOTE
Fine and neat wine and, at the same time, intense and complex, it is a very peculiar stale wine, with roasted aromas reminiscent of the typical nuts of the earth, such as hazelnuts and almonds.
ELABORATION
This wine is born on the roof of the cooperative celler, and following the paused rhythm of a traditional elaboration like that of the sun and serene.
AGING
Oxidative aging for 1 year aproxidamante.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany appetizers, desserts, nuts, pastries, etc.
