El marido de mi amiga is a semi-sweet white wine of Malvasia, White Sauvignon and Tempranillo White.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color. On the nose aromas of stone fruit, litchi and tropical touches. The palate is a wine with volume for its fresh balance and long drink with a balanced and friendly rebound.
ELABORATION
This wine is a mixture of different types of grapes. For its elaboration, it is a mixture of different deposits of Sauvignon and Malvasia that are taken until the end of fermentation, thus obtaining more volume in the mouth. While the Tempranillo is cut the fermentation, looking for reducing sugars and the freshness that brings its acidity, obtaining from the coupage a wine with balance in degree, sugar and acidity.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany appetizers, skewers and desserts. It is also ideal for white meats, cheeses and patés.
