The Cucafera is a mythological creature united to the traditional folklore and one of the most emblematic symbols of the city of Tortosa. The pastissets, of Arab origin, are the typical sweets of the Terres de l'Ebre, elaborated with hair of angel, moscatel and anise. Through this symbiosis is presented Pastisset cream, a silky liquor that perfectly interprets the traditional tortosino dessert.
