Les Clandestines Farigola (Spice Ale) is an artisan brew of thyme, one of the elements that surround the small village of Montferri and the brewery. Beer made with different malts (Pale Ale, Munich, Caramlt, Wheat) and different hops (magnum, challenguer, styrian bobek).
TASTING NOTE
Color amber honey and white foam. Aroma fresh and intense with a touch very spicy to thyme that brings you this aromatic herb. The aroma and the taste combine perfectly with the taste and the sweetness of the malts and the soft bitterness of the hops.
ELABORATION
Product without additives, with a second fermentation in bottle, without pasteurizing or filtering. It may contain sediment so it is recommended to store it vertically.
PAIRING
Ideal to take with seafood in sauce, sushi, fresh cheeses and goat cheeses.
ADVICE
Serve between 8º and 12ºC.
