Brandy Torres 10 is an imperial brandy of Gran Reserva that is obtained by the distilled spirits of the wines. The "holandas" obtained by the distillation of selected white wines, are aged in American oak barrels, by the traditional method of soleras. At the end of the aging process, a small quantity of old brandy is extracted from each of the oldest sills and the barrels of reserve brandies, of more than two years old, are filled. Thus you get this old and noble brandy, with intense aromas, velvety body and delicate palate.
TASTING NOTE
Old dark topaz brandy with noble gold reflections. Of intense aromas, it exhibits a vivid bouquet with warm notes of spices (cinnamon, vanilla). To the palate it is fat and rich in tannin, evolving towards an end of mouthful and persistent, in which the aromatic nuances of the oak are manifested.
