Agustí Torelló Brut Nature Gran Reserva

Agustí Torelló Brut Nature Gran Reserva is a sparkling wine blend of Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada from old vineyards from the best areas of Penedès.

TASTING NOTE
Golden yellow color  with greenish reflections. Fine and small bubbles. On the nose, we find a very fine bouquet with sweet, toasted and ripe fruit  notes while in the mouth it has a fresh and very elegant character. A sparkling wine with body and structure.

VINIFICATION
Handmade harvest. Second fermentation in bottle. Fermentation with autochthonous yeasts. Without added sugar.

AGING
Aging minimum for 36 months.

PAIRING
Perfect as an aperitif or to join cold meats, semi-cured cheeses or assortment of Iberian, seafood, rice, fish in sauce ...
