TASTING NOTE
Intense yellow color. Wooden notes, herbs and spices that bring us memories of ripe fruit. Initial taste in the mouth very balanced and tasty, in perfect harmony with the acidity of the product.
AGING
12 months aging in oak barrels give the consistency and character that we appreciate.
ADVICE
As an appetizer or glass of mid afternoon. Accompany with 3 or 4 ice cubes and a slice of orange and mint leaf. Ideal also to aromatize stews of meat or game, paella with seafood or pastry.
