Whiskey Hibiki Harmony is an example of harmony created in 1989 to commemorate Suntory's philosophy: to live in harmony with people and nature. It's made with a meticulous mix of the finest whiskeys with which to create a harmony of flavors and bouquets. It's a whiskey delicately mixed, balanced, soft and subtly sweet.
TASTING NOTE
Amber color. In nose, rose bouquets, touch of rosemary and sandalwood. While on the palate we can taste the confitted orange peel, white chocolate and honey. It has a subtle ending with a tender long ending and a touch of mizunara (Japanese oak).
SUGGESTION
It's an extremely versatile whiskey. It can be enjoyed alone or mixed as a cocktail.
