Via Edetana Blanco is a wine blend of White Grenache (70%), from old vines, and Viognier (30%).
TASTING NOTE
On the nose, subtle aromas with floral predominance (white roses), white fruits (lychees) and mineral notes. Wide mouth and creamy, with fresh finish and mineral that gives it elegance.
AGING
Half the wine is aged for four months in French oak barrels of 300 liters and the other half is worked on its fine lees to extract the maximum varietal expression.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany rissotos or pastas with mushroom sauces. Also with powerful fish such as swordfish, sardines, salmon and tuna, caldereta of eel, white meats like the capon with roquefort sauce.
