Vi de Vila Porrera is a red aging wine made with Carignan and Grenache, the two indigenous varieties of the region par excellence from the youngest vines, of different ages, and planted in a diversity of soils and orientations.
TASTING NOTE
Intense cherry red color with garnet trim. Good aromatic intensity where the aromas of fresh red fruits, spices, licorice and soft mineral touches stand out. Structured and concentrated, with good integration of fruit notes. Pleasant velvety texture, notes of creamy oak, good acidity and freshness with a long, slightly spicy finish.
AGING
Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels and 3 or 4 years of bottling before going on the market.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany cannelloni, stews, meats and sausages.
