Viña Cubillo Crianza is a red wine coupage of Tempranillo (65%), Grenache (25%), Carignan and Graciano all from their own vineyards. Wine that comes from one of the most prestigious and privileged areas for the cultivation of vines in the area of Rioja Alta as well as belonging to one of the historic wineries with exceptional quality.
TASTING NOTE
Attractive and bright ruby color. The nose is fresh and light, licorice aroma with a consistent texture and persistent aroma. The palate is fine, fresh and persistent with a pleasant entrance where the sensations of red fruit stand out.
AGING
Aged for 3 years in barrels, subjected to 2 racking per year. Clarified with egg whites and bottled unfiltered. It has a large storage capacity, about 10 years.
PAIRING
The perfect accompaniment of all kinds of vegetables and legumes, tapas and assorted hors d'oeuvres.
