El Bandarra is a soft artisan vermouth from the Martí Serdà winery.
TASTING NOTE
Mahogany color with orange reflections. Clean and bright. On the nose it brings aromas of licorice, touches of citrus and cloves. Very smooth and sweet entry in the mouth with a pleasant aftertaste, light and persistent. It has a well-achieved bitterness point.
ELABORATION
Vermouth made with white wine made with Macabeo and Xarel·lo and macerated with more than 50 extracts of herbs, flowers, botanicals and natural spices such as cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom and bitter orange. After fortifying the wine, it is given a touch of caramel and it is finished in barrels with soleras for 1 or 2 months.
