Vermouth Padró & Co Rojo Reserva Especial is a traditional vermouth made with a classic liqueur wine of Tarragona style. Vermouth Mediterranean, authentic and traditional of the area of Tarragona.
TASTING NOTE
In the cup you can see an intense, sweet and pungent aroma. They emphasize the aromas arisen of a prolonged aging: dried figs, toasted hazelnuts and green walnuts. Entry into the mouth warm and very liquefied. There are flavors of licorice, medicinal herbs, which are enveloped with sweet notes and a bitter point of molten sugar.
ELABORATION
We wanted to make a vermouth using a sweet liquor wine of the style of a Classic Tarragona that grows in oak tubs of 7.000 liters. In the final coupage we make a contribution of solera wine with long tradition in our cellar and, of course, the touch of vermouth herbs. Made from an exclusive infusion of aromatic herbs and aged in barrels. Bottled in the property Padró i Família S.L.
