TASTING NOTE
In the nose you can see a citric entry of ripe orange skin, subtly mixed with cinnamon spice. Balsamic notes of cloves appear and also of dried fruits like the raisin of apricot. Velvety mouth and volume. Appears again the orange with a very fresh feeling, followed by a pleasant bitter reminiscent of tobacco, quince and honey caramel.
ELABORATION
The elaboration begins by adding a first infusion composed exclusively by plants of high mountain, characterized by own small roots and very aromatic flowers. The vermouth will assimilate these aromas while remaining in complete rest during the next two years in wooden boots. Once the breeding is finished, a second botanical formula is added, combining barks and roots of pelicular plants of our environment that give it more force and a bitter profile.
