Vermouth Olave Red is a vermouth that was born in the cellars of Celler Sort del Castell. Elaborated following the traditional methods using more than 80 herbs left to macerate for two months add to the product: aroma and elegance. The process continues for three months in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTE:
Reddish orange color, dense and very clean. The nose has a lot of personality, highlighting the herbaceous notes of the 80 herbs contributed to the product achieving a characteristic aroma and elegance. Good intensity, round and very persistent in the mouth. Wood notes well combined with the aromatic herbs of the initial mixture.

Perfect to join pickles, cured cheeses, cockle, chips... Perfect for cocktails.
