Vedrenyes is a monovarietal white wine, 100% Macabeo from Les Vedrenyes and Els Noguerals vineyards located in Cornudella del Montsant village, between the Montsant and Gritelles mountains.
TASTING NOTE
Pale and bright color. Changing aromas in the glass, the notes of white fruit are gaining complexity as the days go by and aromas of more mature stone tree fruits appear. Memories of fresh honey and subtle mineral notes. In the mouth it has an unctuous and wide attack. The palate leaves a soft citric acid trail, leaving a fresh finish with a delicate touch that invites you to continue tasting.
VINIFICATION
Manual harvest in early October. 57-day vinification at a controlled temperature between 15-17ºC, of which 26 days have been of alcoholic fermentation and 31 days of work on fine lees.
SUGGESTION
To see the whole aromatic palette we recommend serving decanted and at a mild temperature.
