The Botanical's Premium London Dry Gin

The Botanical's Premium London Dry Gin is an ultra premium gin, London Dry type, obtained by 5 distillations and 14 botanicals, created in an artisanal way at the Distillery Langley Distillery.

TASTING NOTE
Gentle and elegant gin. Its name indicates the presence of juniper, combined with citrus and floral nuances.

ELABORATION
This gin is obtained from a quintuple artisan distillation of small remittances contained John Dore stills, considered the Rolls Roce of the stills. The alcohol comes from the highest quality wheat and the botanicals that compose are fourteen: juniper berries, coriander seeds, orange peel, lemon peel, grapefruit skin, Chinese bar cinnamon, cinnamon sticks, iris root , angelica root, licorice root, nutmeg, lemon blossom, orange blossom and one last secret ingredient. Destillation is made in two John Dore stills, it is only used to produce the highest quality gin, the Samll Batch, discarding the rest. Once the fourth distillation of wheat alcohol is finished, the fourteen botanicals of The Botanical's are infused with it for the fifth and last distillation. The water that is added to this gin comes from a thousand-year-old aquifer near the city of London that collects from the rain.
