TASTING NOTE
Soft yellow color. The nose is a fine and fruity bouquet of apple and melon. Crisp and fresh palate, with flavors of apple fruits, acidity wonderfully integrated in this fruit and mineral note.
AGING
For several months in barrels.

Ideal to accompany any appetizer, sausages, cheese, fish, white meats and poultry.
