Sembro Roble is a monovarietal red, 100% Tempranillo from the Quiñón vineyard.
TASTING NOTE
It is a fruit wine that tries to express the primary characteristics of the Tempranillo variety. Reinforced with a small step of wood. Pale red color with violet border that denotes youth. It is a fruity wine, sweet and juicy in the mouth, but at the same time fresh, with sweet tannins, ripe and that make it very pleasant, enveloping and without tannic hardness.
ELABORATION
Fermentation for 10 days at temperatures of 25ºC. Maceration with their skins for 7 days.
AGING
Aged for 4 months in new and 1 year old French oak barrels.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany grilled meats and cured sausages.
