Ritme is a red wine blend of Grenache (30%) and Carignan (70%) of old noble vineyards located in different municipalities: Poboleda, Porrera, Bellmunt, El Molar, El Lloar and Cornudella. A wine that wants to show the different terroir of the area.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with violet reflections. Clean and bright. The nose has aromas of red fruit and flowers, along with very well integrated wood notes. Memories of mint at the end. Intense aromatic expression. In the mouth it is a tasty, pleasant and fruity wine. Tannins ripe and polished. Powerful and persistent finish.
ELABORATION
Respecting the grape very much, the varietal expressiveness of the native grapes of the area is sought. Manual collection. Macerated wine for about 15 days. After malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in barrels.
AGING
Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. It is not filtered or clarified to preserve its purest identity.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany rices of meat, pates, cured meats and cheeses, red meat with sauce and roast lamb.
