Rhodes is a red wine blend of Carignan (50%), Grenache (40%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%).
TASTING NOTE
Intense cherry color. Concentrated aroma, mineral with very ripe fruit toast and well integrated oak, notes of species and chocolate. In the mouth it is powerful, fresh, complex, mineral, balsamic, with notes of very mature black fruit. Tannins mature well integrated.
ELABORATION
The different varieties were fermented separately in refrigerated stainless fermentation tanks at a temperature of 24/26 ° C. Two daily reassembles were made discovering the 30-40 days of the beginning of the fermentation, according to variety. Malolactic fermentation was performed in storage. It underwent minimal clarification and filtration treatments prior to bottling.
AGING
Aging for 12 months in oak boots.
