Quinta Apolonia Belondrade Blanco is a monovarietal white wine, 100% Verdejo from young vines.
TASTING NOTE
It came with a multitude of nuances ranging from aromas of stone fruits to white flowers or light mineral memories. A fresh wine and soft body with good balance and great personality. Body unctuous and expressive.
VINIFICATION
This wine is 40% first selections of the first wine Belondrade and Lurton and 60% of the must coming from the young vineyards. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 2 months on its lees.
