Pruno is a red wine blend of Tempranillo (90%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) from the Villacreces estate, located in the heart of the Ribera del Duero, with poor soil and contrasts, bathed by the Douro River. Pruno is an elegant Ribera del Duero wine that has been recognized as one of the most delicious expressions of this denomination.
TASTING NOTE
Intense cherry color. Fine tear in glass. Aroma to red fruits with an accompaniment that makes predicting its sweet and sweet entry. It reminds of ripe fruit and licorice with touches of roasted and toffe. Nice step by mouth and soft memory. Pruno is one of those wines that fill the mouth.
AGING
Aging for 12 months in 100% fine-grained French oak barrels. Once clarified, it is bottled and it carries out a second breeding of 6 months before its put on sale in the market.
PAIRING
It is an ideal wine for meats, sausages and cheeses. To drink alone or accompanied but above all to enjoy it with each of your senses. Pruno is a wine to always have at home.
