Primicia Crianza is a red wine, coupage of Grenache and Syrah from selected vineyards of more than 25 years.
TASTING NOTE
Ripe cherry color. On the nose, is an intense and complex wine with bouquets of ripe red fruits and black forest fruits jams with a spiced and toasted background from the barrel. On the palate, we have a wine with body, refine tannins and notes of cocoa. Good mid palate and long aftertaste.
ELABORATION
The grapes are destemmed, crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with native yeasts and with minimum intervention. Daily pumping until the end of the alcoholic fermentation. After that, the malolactic fermentation is done without the addition of lactic bacteria. Subsequently, the aging takes place in oak barrels.
AGING
Aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months.

Perfect to join with para acompañar mild and spiced meats, chicken with garnish, fish, pasta, salads...
