Portell Blanco Semi Dulce is a white wine blend of Macabeo (90%) and Parellada (10%).
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color with golden highlights, very bright. Intense delicate aromas of ripe fruit with floral evocations. In the mouth it leaves the palate clean, pleasant with long persistence.
ELABORATION
It is a wine obtained from late vintages that offers grapes well ripened and with high concentration of sugars. The winemaking is carried out under a strict follow-up to achieve a pleasant and well integrated sweetness.
PAIRING
Very good as an aperitif, with dishes with sweet and sour sauce, curry and oriental cuisine in general.
