Parés Baltà Brut Nature is a sparkling ecological Brut Nature coupage from Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada from the Hisenda Miret and Les Torres estates.
TASTING NOTE
Golden yellow color, reflection of its long aging. Intense nose, with notes of pastries and lactic touches on a background of very ripe white fruits. Soft mouth entry, with balanced passage, which denotes structure and a certain corpulence. Domain of secondary aromas of aging, with light toast and memories of yeast. Long and complex aftertaste.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation at 16ºC in stainless tanks for 2 weeks. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method.
AGING
Aging in bottle for 24 months.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany appetizers, salads, rice, pasta, fish and light dishes.
