Pago de los Capellanes Finca el Nogal is a monovarietal vintage red wine, 100% Tempranillo, clonal selection of Finca El Picón.
TASTING NOTE
Intense purple color with garnet trim. Typical closed layer of Tempranillo grape, dense and abundant. On the nose, we feel the bouquets of flowers and fresh fruits that fill our senses. Tones of vanilla, cocoa and roasted appear confirming the perfect blend of wood and grape. On the palate, an elegant and juicy entry with a powereful and complex advance. Long and intense aftertaste of ripe grapes and round and noble tannins.
AGING
Aged for 22 months in new French oak barrels and the rest in a bottle rack.
