Paco & Lola is a Monovarietal white wine, 100% Albariño.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with greenish flashes. It's a clean and bright wine. On the nose, it has a medium-high intensity, floral (orange blossom), citrus ( lemon skin, grapefruit and tangerine), tropical (mango and lychees) and stone fruits. Albariño in pure state, fresh and intense. In the mouth, it's balanced. Fruit and citrus hints and a long and persistent aftertaste.
PREPARATION
Made from the flower must of selected grapes from our best vinyards. The vinyards are grown on loamy-sandy, granitic and slightly acid. Fermentation in stainless steel at 16ºC for 21 days, remaining on its fine lees for 3 months until stabilization and bottling.
PAIRING
perfect to join with appetizers, sushi, pasta, fish, rice, white meats and seafood.
