Mims Negre is a red wine coupage of Syrah (70%) and Grenache (30%) from vineyards located in the municipality of Vinebre.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with violet rim. On the nose we discover aromas of ripe red fruit. In the mouth it is a fruity wine, tasty and sweet.
VINIFICATION
The harvest and fermentation of the two varieties separately is done in stainless steel tanks. After the maceration, sagna and press, it is expected to finish the malolactic fermentation to make the blend. Then, it is clarify and it is made a smooth filtering before bottling.
