Milú is a monovarietal red wine, 100% Tempranillo of young vineyards, organic viticulture and minimal intervention.
TASTING NOTE
The nose shows a pleasant bouquet of ripe red fruits, balsamic and white flowers; While in the mouth it is sweet, dense, fruity and with good acidity. At all times we are surprised by the fruit. Taming power, long and wide result.
VINIFICATION
Traditional vinification with vineyard-to-vineyard processing, pressing at the foot of the grapes and vinification in different tanks. Not filtered or clarified.
AGING
Aging for 6 months in used barrels of French and American oak.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, grilled red meats and grilled pork, vegetable salads.
