Mil·lenium is a red wine blend of Red Grenache (65%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Syrah (15%) from the vineyards Pla Setena, Mas d'Aries and Barrancs.
TASTING NOTE
Intense red color with violet trim and compact coating, with concentrated aromas of ripe red fruit, with a background of compote and mineral notes. In the mouth it is fleshy with a good breadth of the beginning, we find mature fruit that shares the protagonism with the balsamic notes of its passage through the barrel, with an intense tannin but well integrated and just acidity that will allow it to improve in the next years with a Rounding in bottle.
ELABORATION
He was in maceration for 25 days. Fermentation controlled between 28 and 30ºC.
AGING
Aging in French oak boots for 12 months. After that it is aged in bottle for a year before its commercialization.
