Coma Blanca is a white wine blend of white Grenache and Macabeo from old vines. Elegant white wine with a balanced maturity, fullness in the mouth, structure and freshness. A wine with personality, lots of character, which is distinguished from the rest of white wines.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow with green hues. High intensity nose. Wide range of aromas among which herbaceous notes, citrus, lavender, cream cakes, smoked and roasted. The palate is elegant, smooth, balanced and fresh wine. Fruity notes with creamy notes. Very good acidity. Long finish.
AGING
Aged for 6 months on its lees in suspension to avoid unwanted oxidations. Once breeding, filtered gently and a small clarification is made. It is bottled and left to stand for at least 12 months.
PAIRING
Excellent to accompany white meats, fish, rice, blue cheese and sour fruits.
