Maragda Red is a red wine coupage of Grenache (44%), CArignan (29%) and Merlot (28%).
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with violet border. Aroma to fresh fruit, red fruit, floral, species, balsamic, expressive and intense. In the mouth it is tasty, fruity, fresh and wide.
ELABORATION
The different varieties were fermented separately in refrigerated stainless fermentation tanks at a temperature of 20 ° C. Two daily reassembling were realized, discovering to the 20-30 days of the beginning of the fermentation, according to variety. Malolactic fermentation was performed in storage. It underwent minimal clarification and filtration treatments prior to bottling.
